Job Description
ResponsibilitiesHandle operational reporting and MIS dashboard preparation for treasury activities.
Manage team performance, conduct feedback sessions, and support hiring.
Address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain SOPs and project documentation; support BCP planning.
Assist in treasury system upgrades and process enhancements.
