Gerad Logistics is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand its digital logistics platform across Ethiopia. The successful candidate will identify potential business clients, demonstrate the platform’s benefits, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into active users.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience
Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Quantity Required: 1
Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance-Based Bonus
Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new business clients, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and logistics companies.
Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, and direct outreach.
Present and demonstrate Gerad Logistics’ digital platform to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business decision-makers.
Follow up with potential customers and address their questions and concerns.
Close sales, onboard new clients, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales records and report progress to management.
Gather customer feedback and monitor competitors and market trends.
