  • Beratung und Betreuung operativer Konzerngesellschaften im Tagesgeschäft - insbesondere bei Lieferverträgen, Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen sowie Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvereinbarungen
  • Beratung im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und im IT-Recht
  • Unterstützung beim „Corporate Housekeeping“
  • Abwehr und Durchsetzung rechtlicher Ansprüche, inklusive der Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten durch Mandatierung und Steuerung externer Rechtsanwälte
  • Beobachtung rechtlicher Entwicklungen und Schulung von Mitarbeitern zu rechtlichen Themen, insbesondere im Vertragsrecht
  • Volljurist mit mindestens drei Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einem (internationalen) Unternehmens- oder Kanzleiumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie systematische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Rechtsthemen in einfachen Worten zu erläutern
  • Integrität, Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
