- Provide escalation support for critical infrastructure issues in hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud).
- Oversee resolution of high-impact infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and restoration of infrastructure services.
- Ensure compliance with infrastructure policies, standards, and operational best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure architecture, operations, and service models.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
