UX Design - Intern

Glance TV is an AI-powered shopping platform live on connected TVs, spanning ambient content, a dedicated shop app, and an AI shopping agent. We're looking for a UX Design Intern to work alongside our designers across the full surface area of the product.
What you'll do
- Contribute to UX and visual design across shopping cards, brand stores, editorial layouts, ambient surfaces, and agent interactions on the TV canvas
- Work through flows, states, and edge cases for live and upcoming features
- Help shape and maintain our design system - components, patterns, documentation
- Participate in critiques, explorations, and reviews alongside lead, visual, and motion designers
- Support handoff and partner with engineering through to ship
What we're looking for
- A design student or recent graduate with a strong portfolio that shows thinking and craft - how you frame problems, not just how things look
- Curiosity about interaction, behaviour, and how people actually use products
- Systems thinking - you notice patterns, care about consistency, and like building reusable things
- A maker's disposition - you like shipping, iterating, and getting your hands dirty
- Interest in AI, ambient computing, or the TV/large-screen medium is a plus
