Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex global calendars, international travel, and high-stakes business meetings, acting as a core strategic partner to maximize executive impact.
• Guide critical operational projects from conception to execution, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and proactively removing roadblocks before they arise.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leadership, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration while exercising impeccable judgment with confidential information.
• Lead site or community committees effectively, providing proactive guidance and acting as a role model for the broader administrative community to drive high-impact culture initiatives.
• Advocate a growing, company culture, acting as a core cultural ambassador who cultivates a productive and collaborative environment across the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative experience in a high-technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management, and managing medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects and events.
• Experience acting as a point of contact for external-facing stakeholders, such as customers or partners, with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate administrative workflows and optimize project management.
• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, build strong relationships, and apply program management practices to solve complex business issues.
