About the Role
As a Data Analyst within the GoTo Financial Lending Operations team, you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer lending environment. You will sit at the intersection of data and daily operations, helping our business run smoothly by ensuring teams have the information they need. What You Will Do
Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
What You Will Need
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, or a related role; Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Possess a foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).
Demonstrate a strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.
Comfortable asking questions and communicating with operational stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset.
