GovTech Internship Programme (January - April 2027 intake)

GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government’s capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

Internship applications are now open for students available to begin their internship between January and April 2027. The application window closes on 30 September 2026, 12pm.

• Complete the application form below and indicate your preferred internship role and project (up to 2).

Please note:

• Submit this application form only once. Only your first submission will be considered.
• Please ensure your resume/CV does not contain your NRIC or any NRIC-related details.
• You must honour your stated internship availability as much as possible.
• GovTech reserves the right to rescind offers if availability changes at short notice or if you cannot commit to the stated period.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Be a polytechnic student, undergraduate, or a recent A-Level or diploma graduate awaiting university admission
• Be able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 12 weeks
• Be available to start their internship between January and April 2027
• Remain matriculated for the entire internship period
