Accountant

Job Description: Graphix Labels & Packaging is a Pakistan-based provider of garment branding and packaging solutions for apparel manufacturers, exporters, fashion brands, and retailers. The company focuses on quality, precision, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial records and reliable reporting for our Sialkot operations.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized accounting ledgers.
• Prepare and review invoices, payment records, receipts, and expense documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier balances; investigate discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable and receivable, cash-flow tracking, and timely payment processing.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation for tax filings, audits, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to verify financial records and resolve queries.
• Help improve accounting controls and ensure records are handled confidentially.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sialkot. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable financial operations in a quality-focused packaging business.Job Specification:

• Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and core accounting principles.
• Experience preparing and processing invoices, vouchers, expense claims, and payment records.
• Ability to complete bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations accurately.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Excel, and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Clear communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to organize financial documentation, meet reporting deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Pakistan tax and statutory documentation is an advantage.
