About the role

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll become a trusted technical partner for our enterprise customers, helping them overcome complex implementation and production challenges.

You'll investigate sophisticated technical issues, reproduce customer environments, analyze system behavior, and identify root causes across multiple layers of the technology stack. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, you'll help resolve critical issues while providing valuable insights that improve both our products and the overall customer experience.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting complex distributed systems, experimenting with different configurations, and turning difficult technical problems into practical, scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers and their engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation and integration challenges and help them successfully adopt Graphwise products, providing hands-on support with code, scripts, APIs, configurations, and infrastructure when needed.
• Partner with Solution Architects throughout customer engagements to validate technical solutions, address implementation challenges, and provide deep product and troubleshooting expertise.
• Investigate complex issues across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and cloud environments. Analyze logs, metrics, APIs, configurations, and system behavior, and reproduce customer scenarios when needed to identify root causes and determine effective solutions.
• Support customers through deployments, upgrades, migrations, and production adoption, helping resolve technical issues and keep implementations moving forward.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering on complex product issues, translating customer problems into clear technical findings, reproduction steps, and customer impact, and help validate fixes before delivery.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex and critical issues, communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams, and contribute to troubleshooting guides, best practices, diagnostic tooling, automation, and other improvements across Delivery.

What makes a good candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical problems across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and distributed systems.
• A customer-first mindset combined with strong ownership, curiosity, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, lead technical discussions, document solutions, and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Scripting or programming experience with Java, Python, or similar languages, with the ability to write code or scripts when needed to troubleshoot issues or support customer implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a good understanding of networking, APIs, authentication, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with modern engineering practices and technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience analyzing logs, debugging production issues, and using monitoring and observability tools to diagnose and resolve problems.

It would be a plus if you have

• Experience with semantic technologies, graph databases, RDF, SPARQL, or OWL.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or MLOps practices.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and their engineering teams on complex product implementations.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and breaking down complex problems into iterative, deliverable solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
