Position: Full-Stack Web Developer (CakePHP)

Location: Mohali

Key skills and Qualities:

1. Problem-Solving & System Design:

o Ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions.

o Experience with system design and building scalable, maintainable apps.

2. Product Mindset:

o Understand how technology supports business goals and helps improve the product.

3. Communication Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of MVC framework concepts (candidate will primarily work on CakePHP).
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery.
  • Experience working with web services, APIs, and integration.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and tools like PHPUnit.
  • Proficiency in optimizing the performance of CakePHP apps.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and agents to integrate them into development processes and workflows.
