For technical skills,

• Understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework concepts (candidate will be working on CakePHP)
• Knowledge of common web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Experience working with web services, APIs, and integration
• Knowledge of automated testing and tools like PHPUnit
• Ability to optimize performance of CakePHP apps
• Containerization with Docker
• Message brokers like RabbitMQ

For interpersonal skills,

• Have good verbal and written communication skills to get into client interactions.
