Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Solve complex problems using strong Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Work on system design (HLD and LLD) for large-scale distributed systems.
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers (especially for the Staff role).
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• B. Tech from Tier I institutes.
• Strong programming experience in Java / Node.js / Python / Erlang.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with System Design (HLD, LLD).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with Erlang.
