CDI - Data Analyst CRM H/F/X

Rejoins Clarins, une entreprise de beauté et de bien-être. En tant qu'analyste de données CRM, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la compréhension de nos clients et le renforcement de notre stratégie Direct-to-Consumer. Tu travailleras avec des données à grande échelle pour fournir des insights clairs et exploitables.

Missions

• Conduct data analysis leveraging SQL, statistical modeling, and AI to answer business questions on customer behavior, CRM, and product topics.
• Build dashboards in Power BI, translating requirements defined with the Global Data Team into clear, reliable visualizations.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Qlik and Power BI Dashboards, ensuring data reliability and functional compliance before release.

You are :

• Curious, analytical and genuinely interested in new tools, methodologies and innovative ways of working.
• Rigorous and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel.
• A strong communicator, able to adapt your message to different audiences and make complex topics easy to understand.
• Comfortable turning data into clear, impactful stories and presentations.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.

You have :

• A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3/5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of statistical modelling techniques, such as segmentation and scoring.
• Proven experience in dashboard design and data visualization tools, ideally Power BI.
• A rigorous approach to data testing and quality assurance.
• The ability to leverage AI tools to enrich analyses and accelerate your work.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
