For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a HR Services Trainee for a curricular or extracurricular internship.
In the role of HR Services Trainee, you will be responsible for provide support in the Services Team.
Responsabilities
Support the HRS team in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports, Welfare & Benefits);
Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports
Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database;
Support the employees with the explanation of company’s policies and updating of it;
Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRS (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports etc.);
Requirements
Academic background in Law, Human Resources, Economics is strong recommended, but we will take in consideration other matchign fields;
Knowledge of Office package (specifically, excel).
Fluency in English.
Soft Skills
Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
Strong attention to details;
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
