Revenue & Digital Sales Specialist (Hotel Corona d'Oro)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue & Digital Sales Specialist to support the growth of Hotel Corona d'Oro (https://www.hco.it/it) one of Bologna's most prestigious hospitality destinations.

The role is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, digital distribution management, and the identification of new commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance by leveraging market insights, enhancing online visibility, and developing relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and local partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

• Manage and optimize online distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms and other digital sales channels.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.

• Analyze hotel performance KPIs and prepare regular reports and recommendations.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to events, trade fairs, conferences and local initiatives.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, travel agencies, tour operators and key stakeholders.

• Support the definition and implementation of commercial, promotional and revenue growth strategies.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to enhance guest acquisition and retention initiatives.

• Contribute to the growth of direct bookings and the optimization of the hotel's digital presence.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in Revenue Management, Hospitality Sales, E-commerce, Digital Distribution or Commercial Development within the hospitality industry.

• Strong analytical mindset combined with a commercial and results-oriented approach.

• Good knowledge of hospitality technologies and revenue management tools.

• Familiarity with channel managers, booking engines and OTA platforms.

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.

Compensation: Approx. €35,000 - €39,000 gross annual salary (pro-rated for part-time arrangement).
