About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, strategic technology and brokerage infrastructure programs across our trading and wider fintech platform. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery, working across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance and external vendors. The ideal candidate has worked inside a global fintech organisation and is used to its fast-paced culture.
Programs span trading technology and market infrastructure integrations on the brokerage side of the business. Strong delivery discipline comes first. You must also know enough about trading (cash products and derivatives) to understand how the trade lifecycle affects the different building blocks of the brokerage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large global programs from initiation to delivery, managing multiple projects and workstreams under one roadmap.
- Establish the governance framework, roadmap, milestones, priorities and success criteria.
- Act as the single point of accountability for progress, risks, dependencies and final program delivery.
- Run steering committees and program reviews, and own escalation paths, documentation and change control.
- Drive successful go-to-market readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in technology or financial services, including at least 5 years leading large, multi-workstream programs in a global fintech, brokerage or capital markets organisation.
- Hands-on exposure to brokerage or trading platforms, with a working understanding of the trade lifecycle across cash and derivative products.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships locally and globally.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
- Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed globally and foster a collaborative team environment.
- A go-getter attitude and a passion for achieving goals.
- Proven track record of managing resources, budgets and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience tracking programs end to end in Confluence and Jira.
