Your Responsibilities

You will support the Warehouse Manager and team with various administrative and operational tasks, including:

• Create and update Excel reports and files

• Prepare data summaries and reports

• Maintain information related to inventory and warehouse activities

• Update and manage shipping schedules and operational information

• Check information carefully and help identify quality issues or discrepancies

• Support the coordination of appointments, meetings, and deadlines

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily administrative tasks

• Assist with different projects and assignments when required

• Keep project and task information accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

• 1+ year of experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

• Ability to work independently

• Responsible and proactive approach to work

• Strong focus on accuracy and details

• Previous warehouse or administration experience is a plus, but not required
