Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Semarchy xDM Developer / Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data modelling, workflow development, data quality, and governance. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions using Semarchy xDM.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Data Model Development :
- Design, develop, and extend data models using Semarchy xDM.
- Configure entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and business rules.
- Support the implementation of new master data domains.
- Enhance existing data models to improve data consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
2. Workflow Development :
- Design, configure, and maintain data stewardship workflows.
- Develop workflow rules, validation checkpoints, approval processes, and notifications.
- Optimize existing stewardship workflows to improve operational efficiency.
3. User Interface Configuration :
- Configure and enhance Semarchy xDM user interfaces.
- Customize screens and forms to improve business user and data steward experiences.
4. Data Quality & Governance :
- Design and implement data validation rules to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Configure data enrichment processes and business-controlled data quality standards.
- Support data remediation activities and resolve data quality issues.
5. Application Support & Maintenance :
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
- Support deployment, release management, and application maintenance activities.
Mandatory Skills :
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT, data management, or related technology domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM.
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience in data model development, workflow configuration, and UI customization.
- Experience developing data quality rules and validation logic.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
