1. Assist the business to complete new projects or application development, ensure that there are enough resources to meet customer needs.

2. Provide technical support for customers, solve application problems, and ensure continuous and stable application;

3. Evaluate the performance of new products and conduct sample preparation and testing in the laboratory;

4. Compare the testing products with Cilbond products, find out the gap and deficiency, and provide the basis for customers to better recommend or improve the products;

5. Develop test methods to ensure that existing and new products meet customer expectations at home and abroad;

6. Provide accurate performance problem description and all necessary documentation for product R & D department;

7. Handle customer complaints, ensure customer complaints are resolved and try to achieve customer satisfaction;

8. Conduct technical exchange and training for internal and customers independently;

9. Be able to independently operate or demonstrate the vulcanization machine, mixing mill and gluing equipment commonly used in rubber to substrate bonding industry to ensure the normal sample preparation or production;

10. Good inter departmental or external communication skills and interpersonal relationship
