Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this role is:

$21.15-$35.95/Hourly

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Job Details

Job Summary:

The GMP Trainer plays a critical role in developing and maintaininga highly skilled and compliant workforce. Thisrole is focused on training and onboarding new employees, maintainingtraining documentation, and supporting cross-training initiatives. The GMP Trainer serves as a mentor and coach, ensuring associates understand and consistently apply GMP, GDP, and safety standards while fostering a culture of learning, patience, and continuous improvement.In addition, the GMP Trainer partners with Talent Acquisition by supporting preliminary candidate screening activities and assisting with new hire communications for the associate populations they support.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Onboarding

  • Lead onboarding and training for new associates in GMP, GDP, safety, cleanroom practices, production processes, and documentation standards.

  • Provide hands-on instruction and coaching until associates demonstrateproficiency.

Training Program Management

  • Maintain training records and the cross-training matrix in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate training, certifications, and re-certifications with supervisors and quality.

Coaching & Team Development

  • Serve as a mentor and resource for GMP associates, providing constructive feedback and support.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identifyskill gaps and training needs while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to update training materials and improve training effectiveness.

  • Support compliance, lean initiatives, and company policies through effective training and communication.

Recruitment & New Hire Support

  • Support Talent Acquisition by reviewing applicants for assigned GMP positions.

  • Verify rehire eligibility and review prior interview or agency history.

  • Send and track pre-screening questionnaires for qualified candidates.

  • Assistwith welcome communications for new hires within assigned job groups.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additionalcertifications or instructional training preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred).

  • Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 compliance.

  • Demonstrated experiencementoring, coaching, or training others.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

  • Experience maintainingtraining records and working within electronic training, HRIS, or other database systems.

  • Experience supporting onboarding, candidate screening, or workforce development activities preferred.

  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods; perform hands-on training activities.

  • Lift/move up to 25 lbsas needed.

  • Wear cleanroom attire (gown, mask, gloves) for prolonged periods.
