Your mission

• You analyze the functional and technical requirements of global financial institutions and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• You model processes, data flows, and system interactions to create the foundation for scalable solutions-contributing to the continuous evolution of our analysis and development workflows.
• You actively drive product development and process optimization with enough creative freedom to truly make an impact.
• You act as the vital link, bringing external expert knowledge into the development team.
• You translate "business speak" into technical solutions, reducing friction and bringing two worlds together.
• You continuously and critically question the status quo to trigger real change and create sustainable value.

Your Skills

• You know the workflows, challenges, and opportunities of the financial industry first-hand.
• You have experience in analyzing and implementing requirements in an agile environment (e.g., User Stories, DevOps processes).
• IT is not a foreign language to you-you have a solid understanding of software development and enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and professionally.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented, and bring a natural "Challenger Mindset" to the table.
