Job Summary
The Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, business analysis, and implementing Agile methodology in order to support various business initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decision-making.
2. Perform business analysis to understand business requirements, processes, and strategies.
3. Collaborate within team to gather and analyze data for project planning and execution.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
5. Utilize agile methodology to prioritize and manage project deliverables effectively.
6. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Continuously improve data analysis and business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Skill Requirements
1. Knowledge of data analysis techniques including data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and interpretation.
2. Business analysis skills with the ability to understand business processes and requirements.
3. Knowledge of agile methodology and proven track record of successful agile project implementations.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing complex data sets.
6. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software such as sql, python, r, tableau, power bi.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast paced environment.
Other Requirements
1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
