Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectural plans for the ServiceNow platform, including integration with other systems.
• Lead and implement workflows and automation on ServiceNow platforms.
• Lead ServiceNow developers and administrators by providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Provide guidance and best practices to stakeholders on the effective use of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, and implementation).
• Manage scoped applications, Catalog items, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Automation.
• Support and manage ITSM processes including Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Management.
• Deliver strong production support for ServiceNow environments.
• Apply business concepts into technical solutions and document work effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Implementation, Upgrade, and Support.
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on ITSM
• Proven experience in production support.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, Client Side (UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.) and Server-Side Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.), APIs, and custom modules.
• Experience managing Scoped Applications, Catalog Items, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs, and Automation.
• Experience in Integration (Inbound & Outbound REST Services).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in IRM/ GRC module.
• Experience in Now Assist, Agentic AI.
