Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive business transformation initiatives across the SAP landscape and enterprise platforms. The role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, aligning technology solutions with business strategy, and ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise solutions across Finance, Tax, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sustainability domains.

The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP ecosystem expertise, deep domain knowledge in Finance and Tax processes, understanding of Sustainability reporting requirements, and proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Develop target-state architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to drive transformation initiatives. SAP Architecture Leadership
• Design end-to-end SAP architecture across: o SAP S/4HANA o SAP BTP o SAP Fiori o SAP Integration Suite o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) o SAP MDG o SAP Ariba o SAP SuccessFactors o SAP IBP o SAP GRC
• Define integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Lead SAP modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.
• Drive clean-core and extensibility strategies leveraging SAP best practices. Finance & Tax Architecture
• Architect solutions supporting: o Record-to-Report (R2R) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Order-to-Cash (O2C) o Financial Planning & Analysis o Treasury Management o Asset Accounting o Tax Reporting and Compliance
• Ensure solutions support global tax regulations, indirect taxes, VAT/GST frameworks, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with Finance and Tax stakeholders to optimize business processes and controls. Sustainability & ESG Enablement
• Define architecture supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives.
• Enable sustainability data collection, reporting, and analytics.
• Support implementation of: o SAP Sustainability Control Tower o SAP Sustainability Footprint Management o Carbon Accounting initiatives o ESG reporting frameworks
• Partner with sustainability teams to establish data governance and reporting standards. Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Establish architecture governance and solution review processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk teams to mitigate enterprise risks. Stakeholder Management
• Act as trusted advisor to business executives, product owners, and technology leaders.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and executive presentations.
• Influence strategic technology decisions across the organization. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications
• 15-20+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Enterprise Architecture.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, integration, and data architecture.
• Experience working in global and complex enterprise environments.
