Job Summary
Heleph Coffee Export Company is looking for friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiters to provide excellent customer service, receive orders, serve food and beverages, and create a welcoming experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers professionally and courteously.
Present menus and explain available products.
Receive and accurately communicate customer orders.
Serve coffee, beverages, and food promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and customer service areas.
Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Present bills and coordinate payment processing.
Ensure proper table arrangement before and after service.
Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
Report customer feedback to the supervisor.
Follow company service standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of relevant waiter or customer service experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service attitude.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
