Job Description:
Job Shift:
Saturday-Monday 10:30am-10:30pm (5th Shift)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure high service availability.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents in a timely manner while supporting 24x7 operational activities.
- Install and support data center and lab infrastructure, including hardware deployment, cabling, power, and connectivity.
- Execute operational procedures, approved automation workflows, and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, networking, and application teams to maintain stable and secure services.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, technical support, or a related IT role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting virtualized environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Experience working in a 24x7 operations or service support environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar virtualization technologies (Required)
- Infrastructure monitoring and incident management tools (Required)
- Systems administration across compute, storage, and operating systems (Required)
- Troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support practices (Required)
- Automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash (Nice to Have)
