About the Role

As the Enterprise Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing campaign strategies to drive review submissions for enterprise customers. You are also responsible for analysing campaign results, synthesizing learnings, and helping make decisions using a data-driven approach. 

What you’ll do

• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting software users to encourage product review submissions for a strategic set of products.
• Work closely with the User Generated Content (UGC) team to create compelling email content that resonates with our audience.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Customer Success team to understand customer needs and develop campaigns to serve them, meeting with customers as needed.
• Prioritize campaigns based on renewal and expansion opportunities within our enterprise customer base.
• Ability to combine data from disparate sources to build campaign lists.
• Coordinate with enterprise customers to set and achieve review-related KPIs.
• Segment email lists and personalize messaging based on user demographics, preferences, and past engagement to optimize campaign performance.
• Establish and monitor email campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, layout, and CTAs to drive higher engagement and review submission rates.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance regulations to ensure campaigns are executed in line with best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging email marketing strategies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective. 

What we are looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Ortto, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Ability to independently design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Experience mapping buyer journeys and developing persona-based campaigns.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs), and basic HTML, CSS, and/or Liquid.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients on campaign strategy.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, especially experience with

reviews or other forms of UGC.
