About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with 8+ years in B2B marketing operations to own campaign execution and lead lifecycle management across our martech stack. You'll bring an AI-first approach to the role, using AI tools to speed up campaign builds, QA, and reporting, while working hands-on in Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and Qualified. You'll partner with marketing, sales, and RevOps to keep campaigns accurate, scalable, and tied to pipeline results.

What you’ll do

Campaign Execution

• Own end-to-end campaign builds - email, nurture, webinar, digital, and integrated programs - in Marketo and Salesforce, including landing pages, forms, segmentation, and reporting
• Standardize templates, naming conventions, and QA processes to keep campaigns scalable and error-free
• Translate requirements from marketing and sales stakeholders into execution plans

Marketing Automation & CRM Operations

• Manage Marketo-Salesforce sync, Salesforce campaign structures, and attribution reporting
• Own lead lifecycle management: scoring, routing, segmentation, nurture workflows
• Troubleshoot sync and integration issues; partner with RevOps and Sales on process alignment

Data Governance & Reporting

• Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation standards with SalesOps
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel conversion (MEL, MQL to Opportunity), influenced pipeline, and ROI in Salesforce and other supporting systems.
• Turn campaign and funnel data into recommendations that improve conversion and efficiency

Process & Martech Management

• Document SOPs and playbooks; automate manual work where possible
• Support the broader martech stack (webinar platforms, enrichment, intent tools) and evaluate new capabilities

What we are looking for

• 8+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or marketing automation
• Hands-on expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
• AI-first mindset - comfortable using AI tools to speed up campaign execution, QA, and reporting
• Strong grasp of lead scoring, lifecycle, routing, segmentation, and nurture strategy
• Experience building performance dashboards and reporting on integrated, omnichannel and multithreading campaigns
• Sharp attention to detail, strong project management skills, and comfort managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Background in B2B SaaS or data-driven organizations
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar enrichment/intent platforms
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and marketing data flows
• Exposure to attribution and revenue reporting frameworks; basic SQL a plus
