Project Manager: Civil Engineering industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and project teams
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure project goals are met
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the Civil Engineering industry
• Professionally registered with SACPCMP
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Experience managing projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
