AI Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team and build enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack, Generative AI, cloud, architecture, and people leadership experience, with the ability to convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the FDE engineering team and own delivery outcomes.

- Design and develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent AI solutions.

- Work directly with business and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and build rapid prototypes.

- Develop secure APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integrations.

- Drive architecture, technical decisions, and production deployment of AI solutions.

- Lead technical demos and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Full Stack Architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js, or equivalent.

- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI.

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.

- Strong system design, architecture, and API integration experience.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.

- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar AI frameworks.

- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience presenting solutions to senior leadership/C-suite.

- Experience working in fast-paced incubation or product environments.
