Role Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager for AI & VIP Services, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge machine learning innovation and high-touch customer experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing product features that leverage AI to personalize journeys for our most valuable clients, ensuring that our premium service offerings remain industry-leading. Day-to-day, you will bridge the gap between data science teams, engineering squads, and business stakeholders to translate complex user needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions. Your work will directly influence retention metrics and revenue growth by creating seamless, intelligent interactions that redefine how our VIP segment engages with our platform in the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document clear product requirements for AI-driven features to ensure engineering teams build solutions that align with our strategic VIP service roadmap.
- Analyze user behavior data and feedback from high-net-worth clients to identify friction points and prioritize product enhancements that drive measurable engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and designers to iterate on predictive models and UI/UX flows that provide personalized value to our premium user base.
- Monitor the performance of deployed AI features through rigorous A/B testing and analytics to ensure they meet quality benchmarks and business objectives.
- Communicate product progress and strategic insights to senior leadership to ensure organizational alignment on the evolution of our VIP service ecosystem.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps, showing a strong grasp of AI/ML application in a consumer-facing environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse perspectives toward a unified product vision.
- Strong analytical mindset, evidenced by the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets to inform product decisions and improve user outcomes.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from initial concept and wireframing to final launch and post-release optimization.
- Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a premier institute, providing the foundational rigor needed for high-impact product management.
- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, hybrid office environment in Mumbai, maintaining productivity across both collaborative team sessions and independent deep-work phases.
