Job description
Head of Mobility delivery and Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of software, digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, OT/IT integration, and managed services engagements within the Mobility industry vertical. The role drives delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, workforce planning, and capability growth while partnering with account leadership to expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure programs, projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards.
- Establish delivery of governance, risk management, escalation management, and performance reporting.
- Monitor KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead program reviews, steering committees, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Build trusted relationships with client leadership, project sponsors, and business stakeholders.
- Build high-performing delivery teams including PMs, Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, QA, and SMEs.
- Coach delivery managers and project managers on leadership and execution practices.
- Facilitate AI-enabled delivery, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
- Drive successful execution across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or engineering leadership.
- 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team delivery programs.
- Experience working with global customers and distributed delivery models.
- Experience in Rail, Transportation, Industrial, OT/IT, or Smart Infrastructure domains.
