Job Description:

• 按照公司质量管理体系、产品标准及作业指导书要求，对生产过程和产品质量进行日常检查、监控和记录，确保产品符合内部及客户质量要求。

• 负责制造过程质量巡检、首件检验、过程检验及成品抽样检验，及时发现并报告质量异常和制造过程偏差。

• 根据检验规范对原材料、半成品和成品进行检测，并准确记录检验结果，确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。

• 协助处理现场质量问题，对发现的不符合项进行跟踪，并配合质量工程师、生产部门和相关团队推进整改措施落实。

• 协助开展质量数据统计分析，编制质量报表和检验记录，支持质量改进活动。

• 参与客户审核、体系审核及产品质量相关活动，并配合完成质量文件和记录管理工作。

• 严格遵守公司安全、质量及合规要求，完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

• Conduct routine inspections, monitoring, and record-keeping of manufacturing processes and product quality in accordance with the company's quality management system, product standards, and work instructions to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements.

• Perform quality patrol inspections, first-piece inspections, in-process inspections, and random sampling inspections of finished products. Identify and promptly report quality abnormalities and manufacturing process deviations.

• Inspect and test raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods according to inspection specifications, and accurately record inspection results to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.

• Assist in resolving on-site quality issues, track non-conformities, and work closely with Quality Engineers, Production, and other relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

• Support quality data collection and analysis, prepare quality reports and inspection records, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in customer audits, quality system audits, and other product quality-related activities, and assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.

• Strictly comply with company safety, quality, and compliance requirements, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
