What you can expect

• Processing and recording incoming invoices from foreign vendors
• Reviewing and maintaining vendor master data, particularly address and bank account details
• Processing and reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding balances
• Coordinating and following up on outstanding invoice approvals
• Recording and reconciling credit card statements
• Reconciling and reviewing administrative service invoices

What sets you apart

As a Working Student

• Ideally, you are at an early stage of your studies, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to familiarize yourself carefully with new tasks and processes

As a Person

• Friendly and confident manner
• Quick learner with a reliable and dependable approach to work
• High level of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility when handling assigned tasks
• Enjoyment of working in a structured and conscientious manner
