What you can expect

• Assist the team with processing and organizing administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• Send and assign documents, and maintain the associated records
• Enter payment orders into the internal system (dual-control principle)
• Assist with other administrative tasks to lighten the workload of the annual fees department
• Flexible work schedule of 12 to 15 hours per week, based on individual arrangements

As a working student

• Ideally, you are in the early stages of your studies-we welcome applicants from all fields of study
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to carefully familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
