You will report directly to our CX Manager and work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and compliance of customer data, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer master data accurately
- Verify documentation compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform necessary configurations and upload tax certificates
- Support shipment management and related process follow-ups
- Extract data reports and improve Power BI tools, including dashboards
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong data analysis skills
- Understanding of how global companies operate and business details
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow established processes
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to handle customer interactions and provide effective support
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Interest in customer experience and data management
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Motivation to learn and grow in a corporate environment
