The S/4 Order Processing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end processing, validation, and management of customer, replacement, DOA,

swap, and special orders in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely fulfilment. The role closely supports CRT

Escalations, Commercial & Consumer operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Planners, with a strong focus on clean order creation and

execution.

Responsibilities

• Process replacement, swap-out, DOA, delivery-only, pickup-only, and special delivery orders as per approved scenarios.
• Ensure accurate capture of Sold-To, Ship-To, Sales Org, Plant, Material, Quantity, and Delivery details. Coordinates the functional work within the department, assists various departments, monitors process execution, and fosters positive working relationships with associates and management.
• Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in remote support, telephone support, technologies and customer environments, or a related field. Preferred Certifications ITL, Microsoft & SAP Knowledge & Skills
