2、熟悉互联网分布式架构、微服务架构，掌握云基础定义，熟悉云原生，容器化，虚拟化等基本原理和应用场景；
3、有大规模生产库维护经验者优先，有业界领先的云数据库运维经验者优先；
4、责任心强，沟通能力好，适应团队工作，善于思考、总结和改进。
