Sr. UX Designer

• Gather insights, advocate for users, and design thoughtful, data-informed fintech experiences.
• Communicate and present ideas, user flows, and prototypes to drive alignment across teams.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into impactful design improvements.
• Share and receive design feedback openly, growing together as a design team.
• Ship products and continuously refine experiences that thousands of users engage with daily.
• Own end-to-end design delivery across multiple product initiatives.
• Mentor interns and junior designers to build a strong design culture.
• Proactively improve the team's design and development processes.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in UX design.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in communication design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong foundation in UX methodologies with proven experience in user research, testing, and translating insights into user-centered design.
• Ability to explore multiple design approaches and adapt based on feedback and testing.
• Deep understanding of information architecture and designing intuitive navigation systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with established UX workflows.
• Leadership qualities to mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and practices across the team.

Good to have skills:

• Experience designing for B2C and B2B products, especially mobile-first experiences.
• Exposure to fintech domain projects and data-rich experiences.
• Ability to design clear, engaging layouts that simplify complex data.
• Advanced prototyping skills to create interactive prototypes for usability testing and iteration.
