Mexico City | Remote We are continuously seeking talented professionals for future opportunities across our organization. Applicants will be considered for current and future positions as business needs evolve.The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and partners, with the objective of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Your Role Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do

• Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including the identification and prioritization of opportunities for existing and potential customers or partners.
• Proactively initiate and maintain contact with customers and partners to develop, sustain, and expand business relationships; collaborate with all available company resources to build and manage pipeline.
• Partner with sales solution engineers in the development of software demonstrations; actively contribute and participate in customer-facing presentations.
• Develop the closing plan for accounts; engage internal leadership to lead negotiation and contracting processes, ensuring deals close on time as forecasted.
• Assess the viability of Request for Proposal (RFP) requests and directly influence the development of well-crafted, competitive responses.
• Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, key conversations, customer visits, and sales calls.

Role Essentials - What You Bring

• Experience in account management or B2B sales within a technology environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales practices within relevant technology solutions or assigned industry verticals.
• Proficiency in opportunity management and account planning tools.
• Strong ability to establish rapport, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to engage with discretion and tact.

What We'd Like to See - Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex sales cycles and RFP processes from initiation through close.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and opportunity management.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with solutions engineers, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Active participation in trade shows, industry events, or customer-facing marketing initiatives.
