About the Role

The Partner Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth of Hyland's partner network and ecosystem - including recruiting, onboarding, and go-to-market efforts across all partner types - to drive revenue growth and support new market entry.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Lead the strategic qualification and pursuit of new potential ISV, VAR, OEM, and SI partnerships
• Collaborate with peers across Hyland's commercial organization to implement partner go-to-market strategies
• Lead prioritization of partner efforts based on industry and/or regional goals and targets
• Develop and execute partner business plans, contractual agreements, and enablement strategies to successfully market and deploy Hyland's industry solutions
• Define and execute a strategy to evaluate partner ecosystem performance, including partner coverage and industry or geography requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and potential customers, building and maintaining strategic working relationships while contributing to departmental growth through knowledge sharing and coaching

Role Essentials

You'll need to have these skills to be successful in this role:

• Significant experience in sales, business development, strategic alliances, or product marketing
• Excellent knowledge of SaaS, software solutions, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, establish rapport, and earn the trust of stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional, polished, and tactful approach
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals

What We'd Like to See

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience managing ISV, VAR, OEM, or SI partner relationships
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and products
• Proven experience developing and executing partner business plans and contractual agreements
• Track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing teams
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects to completion with minimal oversight
