AI Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, write, and optimize system prompts for AI-powered conversational and voice agents.

- Analyze real user interactions to identify conversation failures and improve response quality.

- Create end-to-end conversation flows and user journeys for new AI deployments.

- Support customer onboarding by configuring AI agents based on business requirements.

- Build and maintain a library of reusable prompts, templates, and conversational best practices.

- Conduct extensive testing and red-team exercises to identify edge cases and improve agent reliability.

- Test AI interactions across English, Hindi, Hinglish, and other regional languages.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing insights from customer interactions to drive product improvements.

- Continuously evaluate AI performance and recommend enhancements for accuracy, consistency, and user experience.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI models.

- Strong prompt engineering skills with experience building AI-driven workflows or solutions.

- Excellent command of written English and exceptional attention to language, tone, and clarity.

- Ability to think from both business and end-user perspectives while designing conversational experiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and startup environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Conversational AI or Voice AI platforms.

- Exposure to chatbot development, workflow automation, or no-code AI tools.

- Understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting strategies, context management, hallucinations, temperature, retrieval, and reasoning.

- Experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, support, or solution engineering.

- Basic understanding of NLP, conversational design, and AI evaluation methodologies.
