Marketing PMO

About the Role

The Marketing PMO will play a key role in driving marketing strategy execution, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and monitoring performance to support the firm's business growth objectives. Based within the Strategic Office, this role ensures alignment between marketing activities and corporate priorities through effective project management, performance tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with the firm's business strategy and growth objectives.
• Develop and track marketing plans, project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare management reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Consulting teams to drive execution and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
• Support strategic initiatives, market research, and business growth projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, PMO, project management, strategy, or a related role.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• 制定并追踪市场营销计划、项目进度、预算及关键绩效指标（KPIs）。
• 监控市场营销活动的成效，并编制管理层报告、数据仪表板及战略分析报告。
• 与市场营销、业务发展及咨询团队紧密合作，推动项目执行并确保各方履行职责。
• 分析市场营销成效及运营流程，提出改善建议，以提升执行效率及投资回报率。
• 支持战略项目、市场调研及其他业务增长相关计划。

任职要求：

• 拥有市场营销、工商管理、金融或相关领域的学士学位。
• 具备 3-5 年市场营销运营、项目管理办公室（PMO）、项目管理、战略规划或相关领域的工作经验。
• 具备金融服务、咨询或专业服务行业经验者优先考虑。
• 具备良好的项目管理、数据分析及跨部门协调能力。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 及 PowerPoint; 具备 Power BI 或项目管理工具使用经验者优先。
• 具备优秀的沟通、组织协调及问题解决能力，能够有效管理多项任务及工作优先级。
• 做事细心、积极主动，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
• 中英文沟通流利。
