About Us:

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms and associated systems (training provided).
Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows).
Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Positions are open from entry-level to senior-level.
IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues

Working Hours:

During training: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 working days per week)
