岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责千岛旗下的奇货电商平台的产品设计工作，包括产品矿建、玩法（货架电商、抽盒机、一番赏等）、信息流优化，为电商平台的用户规模和转化率负责

2、深入垂直品类理解用户、洞察用户，持续挖掘并分析归纳垂类用户的电商消费需求，抽象产品方案，提升用户体验

致力于提升交易平台的效率，包括但不限于商品发布、分发、下单转化、信用体系等模块，给用户创造良好的交易体验;

3、结合各个品类（包括但不限于潮玩、模玩、卡牌、谷圈）商家在奇货电商平台的经营现状和用户端需求，制定产品和运营方案，优化货品供给，满足C端消费者的诉求

4、推动研发、视觉、交互、运营等部门落地方案，并数据雅正产品有效性，持续迭代

6、为垂直业务的产品体验负责，以业务成功为最大目标

任职要求 / Requirements

1、3年及以上用户产品经验，有 O2O/电商/直播行业背景优先

2、对内容和电商具有浓厚兴趣，体验过各种交易平台，不只是简单在淘宝京东购物，对交易模式有敏感度和自己的见解

3、有良好的用户视角和产品设计能力，能深刻理解用户需求的本质，制定关键产品形态

4、有较强的数据分析能力，通过数据发现产品问题，独立提出并推进产品解决方案
