岗位职责 / Responsibilities

岗位描述

1. 负责千岛App社区内容以及商品的推荐分发，打造综合性的垂直兴趣社区，让不同品类的用户都能在千岛App上获得一流的用户体验。

2. 负责识图等 CV 方向的调研及落地，提高多模态搜索用户体验

3. 通过算法优化仓库全链路流程，提高全链路发货效率，提高仓库人效

4. 负责将业内前沿推荐算法和技术(包括但不限于召回、精排、混排、多目标、多样性、冷启动、内容理解等)运用在核心业务场景，持续优化推荐效果，提升用户体验。

5. 深入理解用户和产品，有较好的业务Sense，和产品、运营团队紧密合作，规划并实现业务目标。驱动用户体验、平台营收健康稳定可持续增长。

任职要求 / Requirements

岗位要求

1. 有扎实的编程基础，良好的代码风格。精通 Python、SQL，熟悉 C++、Go、Java 中至少一种编程语言，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架。

2. 熟悉常见机器学习模型，了解推荐领域常用算法，有丰富的机器学习、深度学习理论和实践经验，有持续学习的热情。有至少2年的推荐方向工作经验。

3. 有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，能独当一面，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情。

4. 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
