1. 标注规则解析：理解算法的标注需求，结合试标环节从数据中提取任务特征场景，结合行业知识，提供表达精准、逻辑清晰、标注员可执行的文档规范; 熟练掌握各标注任务的规则及标注工具使用技巧，能够高质量完成各类项目的试标注，分析试标问题并提出优化建议;

2. 项目交付管理：能够独立负责日常交付项目管理工作，包括算法需求对接、交付计划安排、团队资源调动、交付进度和质量管理等，并不断完善项目流程和体系，增强团队项目管理能力;

3. 供应商管理：能够独立对接供应商，制定清晰、可执行的供应商生产计划; 理解供应商内部的运营模式，面对供应商进度、质量问题，能够清晰梳理并有效推动解决;

4. 标注培训、考核及答疑：能够对标注员/审核员进行培训和考核，掌握基本培训技巧;

5. 标注工具优化：针对降本增效目标，能够发现标注工具上中的低效问题，并提出改进建议。

任职要求 / Requirements

能力要求

1. 行业背景：自动驾驶2D/3D/4D数据标注从业经验，掌握点云标注、图像标注的难点及常见问题;

2. 问题梳理/解决能力：能够清晰梳理现状和问题点，快速找到根本原因，推动问题解决;

3. 管理能力：能够同时管理10个项目并行交付，具备50人以上标注团队管理经验，具备供应商管理经验。
