岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责智能驾驶HMI的视觉呈现和交互逻辑，包括仪表盘、中控屏、HUD（抬头显示）等多屏交互设计

2.负责服务机器人的交互界面设计，包括触屏界面、语音交互、手势识别等多模态交互设计

3.进行用户研究和竞品分析，洞察用户需求和行业趋势，分析驾驶场景和机器人使用场景，设计符合场景特点的交互流程

4.制定设计规范和组件库，确保产品设计的一致性和可扩展性

任职要求 / Requirements

教育与经验

1.本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达、人机工程等相关专业

2.三年以上HMI/UI/UX设计经验，有汽车HMI或机器人交互设计经验者优先

专业能力

1.熟练进行用户研究、任务分析、信息架构、原型设计与可用性测试

2.深刻理解交互设计原则和用户体验设计方法论，具备信息架构设计能力，能够处理复杂的信息层级和导航结构

3.精通至少一种原型/可视化工具：Figma、Axure、Principle/protopie、Unity/Unreal 等

能将感知/规划/控制数据转化为可理解可操作的 UI;

4.熟悉多模态交互设计（视觉、语音、触控、手势等），具备设计系统思维，能够构建可扩展的设计组件库

5.具备较强的逻辑思维能力和优秀的沟通表达能力，能够平衡用户需求、技术限制和商业目标并清晰阐述设计理念和方案;
