岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责小米生态链产品的软件平台建设及产品软件研发工作，包括需求沟通、架构设计、核心技术研发、线上服务维护等。

2. 深入理解生态链业务形态，对提出的需求和规划，能提出自己合理的建议及专业方案，与生态链企业、事业部、产品经理共同打磨产品。

3. 持续对产品的软件技术架构进行升级和改进，不定时对自己负责的产品进行功能和架构的梳理。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历，工作3年及以上。

2. 熟悉数据结构和算法，计算机基础扎实包括不限于网络，操作系统，设计模式等。

3. 服务端开发经验，熟练掌握Java/Go，熟悉Spring等常用的 Web 开发框架，熟练使用常用中间件，理解原理和使用场景。

4. 对服务可用性提升有一定经验和理解。

5. 有AI实际应用经验，包括AICoding、AIOPS、AI工作提效等，对AI应用范式有一定的理解。

6. 有良好的沟通能力，理解业务，乐于助人，积极主动，认真负责。
